Gentlemen,
I just wanted to take a moment to share the electricity savings since changing over our entire manufacturing facility to LED lighting. Although the initial cost may seem high to the average home owner, electricity to power equipment and lighting is costly in a manufacturing/commercial environment. Production equipment is costly to operate. Since the complete installation of interior and external security lighting, we have received energy savings on average of $200 to $250 per month depending on usage. We have recovered our initial investment in less than three years. The visual clarity of LED lighting is a tremendous aid to our Mold makers when working
on precision molds and fabrications. Also our bookkeeper remarked that before we put these LED lights in, at the end of a work day she would go home fatigued and with a headache. Now she feels great and the headaches are a thing of the past! Thank you so much for taking the time to introduce and educate my staff and myself to LED lighting, and for all the many benefits we experience by using your lights every day.

Our sign has been a vital tool to our business. It is a great way to let our customers know of the specials and promotions. We are located on a pretty high traffic road and being able to let all the passing cars know what we serve has helped our business grow. We get lots of customers that come in and simply go “I want the special I saw on the sign”. Our sign has been great, the pictures look good and the text is clear. Dear Jim,
On behalf of our entire organization, I would like to thank you for all the guidance and expertise you provided in the purchasing of our LED tube and bulb lighting from Be Off the Grid. As first time buyers of any LED lighting product, we were extremely impressed with your professionalism and sense of customer satisfaction. We were especially impressed that you would be with us on a Sunday to make sure that all the details of the project were addressed… to our complete satisfaction. That we were able to install the LED tube lights with our own forces in very short order is a testament to your company’s project management skills.
I must admit, though, initially we were somewhat skeptical that we would be able to use 1/2 as many LED tubes as fluorescent tubes… but the results speak for themselves. Almost every day, someone remarks how bright and cheery our location is!. But the biggest difference is in our electric bill. For the first 5 months, we have seen on average a $274.00 savings since this time last year – even with a rate increase. I also have no doubt that the maintenance issues we previously experienced with the fluorescent lights with us no longer needing to replace ballasts or lights flickering or burning out are a thing of the past with these new LED lights as well.

Dear Jim,
I can’t say enough about the LED lighting you provided for our frozen food coolers for our supermarket. As you know we had a devil of a time trying to keep the cases lit. The amount of time we spent trying to light our products was both frustrating and counter-productive….and worse yet because sections were dark people said they felt like they were in a cave.
Well, no more! We have the brightest display cases in our region and don’t have to worry about changing light bulbs. And we took down the shields and guards which used to be over the old fluorescent bulbs, because these LED tubes don’t break.
I have noticed that we have to stock our shelves in the coolers more. Great for me, but my people have to hustle a little more to keep up! Even my electrician remarked that being able to utilize the existing fixtures by doing a quick modification to them made the entire install really easy…and inexpensive for me. Even when we had a problem with only one of the 60+ tubes we purchased from you it was handled in a very professional manner. You called the same day, and had the issue resolved that day. Can’t wait to see how much money we save VS the old lighting. I also will be checking closely the LEDs we put in our office, and if it the results are as good as I think they will be, we will start to change out all our overhead lighting in the store.
Just as I felt after I purchased the Electronic Sign for our outside pole sign from you, I am so glad that I chose you and Be Off the Grid to propose a solution for our lighting issues. From engineering, specing out and providing a solution, and even to being on site the day of the install, you made sure we were happy….and stayed happy.
